Marie-Hélène Tonnellier, partner, has co-founded Oyat law firm in 2022 and heads the Digital and innovation department. She advises on all digital subjects in particular those related to the digital transformation strategy of companies, on more recent issues such as artificial intelligence, robots, blockchain, NFT, and so on, …as well as ecommerce and internet matters and personal data issues. She teaches in the Master 2 Digital law program at the University of Paris-Saclay. Marie-Hélène worked as a partner at Latournerie Wolfrom for 23 years, after having worked in London and then at Moquet Borde (Paul Hastings) and Jeantet law firms in Paris.
