Julien Canlorbe works on intellectual property matters (copyright, patents, design and trademarks) and in the field of information technologies and media law. He assists and advises a large clientele of French and foreign actors, including listed companies, start-up companies and designers with projects and litigations concerning the protection, securing and added value to their innovation, marketing and communication strategy.
Recognized expert in intellectual property law, in particular with regard to issues related to the protection and defense of trademarks (PhD, lecturer at Université Paris II Panthéon Assas, IRPI and CEIPI, author in the Lexis Nexis Jurisclasseur and the Propriétés intellectuelles Law journal…), Julien has developed a dynamic and innovative practice. A fine strategist, Julien is characterized by his ability to lead complex litigations and to offer creative solutions to his clients.
Prior to founding Momentum Avocats, Julien practiced at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, Jones Day and as a partner at Meridian for 4 years.
