Description

After 10 years of experience as a French and European patent Attorney, he first joined Orange to manage the IP generated by the Orange research labs located in Spain and in San Francisco. He joined the Orange licensing Team, first to manage some litigations in the US, being now Responsible for the monetization of the Orange patent portfolios dedicated to Audio & Video Codecs, but also Wireless Technologies like 3G, 4G and of course 5G. He has international experience in all licensing IP licensing matters in Europe, US and in Asia. Yannick Bouillon is Doctor in Telecommunication, Computer science and Signal Processing, French and European Patent Attorney – specialized in Licensing - Patent pools & Litigation.
